Cancellation Step

You can easily cancel your order by following these easy steps

• Log in to your account
• Press “Account”
• Press “My order”
• Choose “Manage” to cancel the order you want
• Press “Cancel”
• Select the reason and fill the details
• Press “Submit”

*Note: The cancellation can only be made to the order that hasn’t shipped yet.
