How to Track Order?

You can track your order anytime on both website and application

For application

• Go to “Account”= click “view all orders”
• Select the order you would like to track
• View track package and see your parcel’s most up to date status or location

For website

• Log into Himalaya Trade
• Select “My order” = Select order
• Click track your order and enter your order number

*NOTE: You can also check an email for your order confirmation where the estimate date of delivery is mentioned. If you still have any inquiries about your order, you can contact our customer care via call or chat.
